Check us out at : https://yourdigitaldentist.com/ What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive periodontal and preventive hygiene care Lead hygiene clinical standards and patient experience Educate patients on oral-systemic health and hygiene best practices Collaborate with the dentist to improve clinical protocols Mentor and support the hygiene team as the practice expands Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high clinical quality Who You Are Active RDH license in Florida 2+ years clinical hygiene experience (lead/mentor experience a plus) Strong communicator with excellent patient rapport Passionate about clinical excellence and practice growth Experienced or comfortable with modern dental technology Must have personal set of magnification loupes Must be anesthesia certified Compensation & Benefits Pay Range (Jacksonville, FL): We offer a competitive range of $40–$50+/hr depending on experience , with leadership bonuses and potential production incentives .
