About the Role This is a dual position role with the primary focus on front office coordination, along with dental assisting as needed. Teamwork is essential in our office. We support one another to ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional patient experience. We are continuing to implement systems and are looking for a team member who enjoys growing alongside a motivated, forward-thinking practice. If youâre confident in the front office and comfortable assisting clinically when needed, you might feel right at home. Front Office Responsibilities Answering phones and responding to patient needs with professionalism and warmth Scheduling appointments and managing daily flow Insurance knowledge, including verification and coordination Maintaining accurate patient records Working efficiently and confidently in Dentrix Anticipating patient and team needs Clinical Responsibilities Assisting the doctor during procedures, including implants and full-mouth rehabilitation Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring proper setup Sterilizing instruments and maintaining sterilization protocols Cleaning and breaking down rooms after procedures Supporting overall clinical flow and patient comfort Requirements to Apply for this position Minimum of one year of dental front office experience Minimum of one year of dental assisting experience Dentrix experience is required Ability and willingness to work in both front office and clinical roles Strong teamwork mindset and forward-thinking approach Kind, genuine, smiling personality Reliable, professional, and patient-focused How to Apply Please submit a current resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this role to: valerie@dentaldirectionllc.com Our Hiring Process We value each team member we invite to work with us and take hiring seriously.
