Frazier Orthodontics is growing! Weâre looking for a confident, warm, and highly organized Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our boutique orthodontic practice in the Simpsonville/Five Forks area. This is a key, high-responsibility role in the patient journey. Youâll be one of the first people new patients meet, setting the tone for their entire experience. The Treatment Coordinator guides patients from their first visit through treatment acceptance and follow-up, ensuring an exceptional experience, strong communication, and consistent care. What This Role Requires: Ownership of the New Patient and Pre-Treatment experience , including preparation, follow-up, and communication Confidence presenting orthodontic treatment plans and financial options Consistent follow-up with Pending and Observation patientsâthis role does not stop when the patient leaves the office Daily attention to schedules to ensure new patient and observation appointments are filled Strong organization and time management in a fast-paced clinical environment Willingness to jump in where needed to support patient flow and the team This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in follow-through, and finds purpose in helping patients move forward with care. Key Responsibilities: Calling and confirming new patient appointments Giving office tours and helping patients feel at ease Reviewing patient information and preparing for consultations Presenting treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently Completing all paperwork when patients are ready to start treatment Following up with patients who are not ready to start yet (Pending patients) Managing our observation program and maintaining ongoing patient communication Writing and emailing post-consultation letters to patients and referring dentists Assisting with phones and front office coverage as needed Reviewing schedules and helping keep new patient and observation appointments filled Supporting internal and external marketing events and campaigns Office Standards & Team Support: Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment throughout the office Support front office flow by greeting and assisting patients as needed What Weâre Looking For: Warm, upbeat personality with strong communication skills Confident, organized, and detail-oriented Strong follow-through and comfort managing ongoing patient communication Proactive, dependable, and team-focused Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, positive environment Dental or orthodontic experience preferred; training available for the right person Perks of Joining Our Team: Fun, supportive, and welcoming office culture Full-time position (32 hours per week) Great work-life balance Competitive pay Brand-new, beautiful office in a convenient location PTO and holiday pay Opportunities for personal and professional growth A team that genuinely enjoys working together Important Note for Applicants: This is not a passive or purely front-desk role.
