Orthodontic/Dental Assistant in Flatiron - Smile Pop - New York, NY

Looking to start February 2, 2026! An amazing orthodontic office in the Nomad neighborhood of New York, NY is looking for one dental assistant to join our team Monday - Thursday + one (1) Friday per month. EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL CLINIC HIGHLY PREFERRED (especially experience with using an intraoral scanner). We are located near Madison Square Park and the RW and 6 subway trains. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Hours (includes paid lunch): MONDAY, 9:45AM - 4:00PM TUESDAY, 9:00AM - 5:30PM WEDNESDAY, 9:30AM - 5:30PM THURSDAY, 9:00AM - 4:00PM FRIDAY (1X PER MONTH), 10:00-4:00PM Responsibilities Set up and sanitization of exam rooms Ensure medical safety guidelines and procedures are met Provide consistent exceptional service Intraoral scanning iTero scanner and dental photographing Clinical organization Good communication Good vibes and positive attitude Save the drama for your mama - we are a drama-free zone We will provide on the job training Qualifications Great can-do, team attitude Working familiarity with dental equipment and sterilization is a plus, but not a must High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills We are looking forward to hearing from you!
