Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing chairside assistance, managing patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, infection control protocols, and excellent communication skills to deliver exceptional patient experiences. Must speak Russian . Responsibilities Assist dentists during various dental procedures, including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic treatments Prepare treatment rooms with necessary instruments and materials, ensuring aseptic technique and infection control standards are maintained Take dental X-rays, including 3D scans when applicable, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols . Provide chairside assistance with four-handed dentistry techniques to improve efficiency and comfort during procedures Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene instructions using appropriate dental terminology . Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards and OSHA guidelines Experience Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is preferred, especially with general dentistry, prosthodontics, or endodontics specialties Proficiency in dental assisting procedures including X-ray taking and chairside support Understanding of dental terminology, anatomy knowledge relevant to dentistry, and aseptic techniques.
