We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Dental Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be someone with clinical and administrative skills, a commitment to service, and enthusiasm for supporting both patients and the dental team. Main responsibilities: Assist the dentist during procedures and treatments. Prepare and organize dental instruments and materials. Sterilize equipment following safety protocols. Prepare patients and ensure they feel comfortable before and during procedures. Assist with basic administrative tasks when necessary. Requirements: Previous experience as a Dental Assistant (minimum 1 year, preferred). Current certification or license as a Dental Assistant in Tennessee (if applicable). Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards patients. Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.
