Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations, medical history reviews, and oral health evaluations using advanced medical imaging techniques. Deliver a wide range of general dentistry services such a, fillings, crowns, bridges, and root canals. Conduct complex procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics), and oral surgery with precision and aseptic technique. Utilize dental terminology accurately to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain detailed and compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate medical records management. Implement infection control protocols diligently to uphold the highest standards of safety and hygiene within the dental clinic. Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness. Experience Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a strong background in general dentistry. Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures. Familiarity with dental imaging technology and medical terminology related to dentistry. Knowledge of infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice standards. Proficiency in using dental management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft or Dentrix is highly preferred. Prior experience working with pediatric patients or in pediatric dentistry is advantageous. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical documentation compliance.
