JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a full time experienced Oral Surgery assistant for our oral and maxillofacial surgery practice in Desert Ridge, AZ. Responsibilities include assisting the doctors during IV sedation and surgery, cleaning surgery room, sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays and CT scans.

Job Requirements:
- Must have oral and maxillofacial surgery dental assisting experience, x-ray, & CPR certifications are required and ACLS certification is a plus
- Experience with sedation as a surgical assistant for major surgeries
- Be a team player and have the abillity to multi-task in a fast paced environment

This is a full-time position (Monday- Friday 8:15 m.-4:30 p.m.) with Wednesday’s as an administrative.
Required education: High school or equivalent
Required experience: Oral Surgery Dental Assistant: 1 year
Required licenses or certifications: X-ray, IV, CPR.
DAANCE Certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
We provide gowns, KN95 masks to all employees, no more than 2 employees are allowed in each room, all employees must wear masks, patients are checked with daily temperature and questionnaires. No more than 2 patients are seen in the office at a time..
