enior Dental Treatment & Operations Coordinator
This is a senior-level dental front office leadership role, not an entry-level front desk position. Compensation reflects advanced responsibility, operational oversight, and treatment coordination expertise.
Schedule
25–30 hrs/week
• Monday: 9:00–6:30
• Tuesday: 9:00–5:00
• Wednesday: 9:00–5:00
• Thursday: Every other week, 9:00–2:00

Responsibilities
• Present treatment plans with confidence and clarity
• Coordinate insurance benefits, claims, and financial arrangements
• Maintain accurate patient ledgers and balances
• Support case acceptance and overall patient experience
• Schedule appointments and manage phone communication
• Handle escalated patient concerns independently
• Support smooth daily operations and team communication

Required (Non-Negotiable) Experience
• 1+ years in a senior/lead dental front office role
• Advanced experience with:
• Treatment coordination & insurance billing
• End-of-day reports & cash reconciliation
• Staff support, training, and scheduling
• KPI tracking and operational oversight
• Acting as manager-on-duty when needed
Candidates without all of the above will not be considered.

Compensation & Benefits
• $28-34hour DOE — top of range reserved for candidates who fully meet senior-level responsibilities
