Office Manager – Minty Dental Boutique
Pay: $30–$36/hour (based on experience)

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help our practice run smoothly while enhancing the patient experience.
Requirements:
Spanish-speaking required
4–5+ years of dental office management experience
Strong treatment plan presentation skills
Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communication
Comfortable discussing treatment and financial options with patients
Organized, reliable, and patient-focused
Experience with dental software preferred
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Manage daily office operations and staff schedules
Present treatment plans and coordinate patient care
Handle scheduling, insurance verification, and patient communications
Support both administrative and clinical team members
Ensure exceptional patient experiences from check-in to check-out
Oversee billing, insurance processing, and patient accounts
Train, mentor, and support team members
Maintain compliance with dental regulations and office policies
Collaborate with the dentist(s) to optimize workflows and patient care
Implement office policies and procedures to increase efficiency
Order office and clinical materials as needed
Communicate with outside agencies, labs, software providers, and contractors
