About the Position
Support our dentists in providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Beyond technical skills, you’ll be an advocate for our patients, educating and empowering them to understand the connection between oral and overall health. You’ll have the chance to work in an expansive collaborative environment where no two days are the same. Requirements:
- Assist the dentist during procedures by anticipating their needs and ensuring patient comfort.
- Organize and maintain a clean and efficient workspace, including sterilizing equipment and preparing treatment rooms.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients, providing reassurance and addressing concerns with compassion.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills in patient education, ensuring they understand treatments and post-care instructions.
- Exhibit leadership by taking initiative, managing schedules, and streamlining office operations.
- Represent our practice positively with professionalism and a passion for holistic health.
- Proactively seek opportunities to grow your knowledge and contribute ideas to improve processes.
- Must know how to take proper X-rays/CT scan, have knowledge of working with implants
What You Bring
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a dental assistant.
- Current dental assistant certification (CA state requirements).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine desire to grow personally and professionally.
- High integrity, passion, and a positive attitude.
