Our Dental Assistants are essential partners in patient care and play a key role in creating a calm, efficient, and supportive clinical experience. Responsibilities · Assist the dentist during restorative, cosmetic, and diagnostic procedures · Prepare and turn over treatment rooms efficiently · Support patient comfort before, during, and after appointments · Take dental radiographs and clinical photographs · Maintain accurate clinical notes and assist with charting · Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments and operatories · Communicate effectively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications · Dental Assistant experience preferred, but open to training the right candidate · Professional, calm, and patient-focused demeanor · Strong attention to detail and organization · Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented · Meets Alaska Dental Assistant requirements or willingness to obtain Ready to Put Down Roots?
