Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Duties Assist the dental hygienist during patient dental cleaning visits Assist hygienists with patient post-operative instructions following dental care Assist the EFII team. Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take dental x-rays and CBCT scans. Perform various office tasks as needed to maintain efficient workflow Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant with proficiency in chairside assisting across various specialties including general dentistry and pediatrics Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus. Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control procedures, and aseptic techniques Ability to operate X-ray equipment safely and effectively; certification in radiography preferred Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical coding practices Experience with 3D scanners or advanced imaging technologies is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients clearly and compassionately Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Certification in CPR or basic life support is desirable but not mandatory This role offers a rewarding opportunity for dedicated dental professionals committed to providing exceptional patient care while advancing their skills within a supportive team environment.
