The Ideal Candidate: Licensed Expert: Current California RDA license and X-ray certification. Fast-Paced Pro: Comfortable managing a high-volume patient flow with a calm, organized demeanor. Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of digital X-rays (Pano/CBCT) and iTero (a major plus!). Multilingual: Proficiency in Spanish or Chinese is highly valued. Team Player: A "can-do" attitude with a focus on seamless workflow and patient education. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level chairside assistance across all phases of dentistry. Manage efficient room turnover and maintain a clean, sterile environment (OSHA/HIPAA compliant). Perform coronal polishing, take impressions, and fabricate quality models.
