Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Denver, CO
## Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant with preferred (1 year of dental assisting) to join our team at Diamond Dental Group. The ideal candidate will assist dentist with various procedures and provide excellent patient care. ## Duties - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Assist dentists during procedures by handing them instruments and anticipating their needs - Take and develop dental X-rays - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices - Sterilize instruments and equipment - Perform lab tasks as needed ## Requirements - Proficiency in X-Ray and medical imaging techniques - Knowledge of Dental terminology and documentation - Familiarity with general dentistry procedures - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and clinic systems Job Type: Part-time Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Paid orientation Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: X-Ray Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Denver, CO 80231 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Denver, CO 80231: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
