Job Summary Quality-oriented, well-established general dental practice seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. Key Responsibilities Chairside assisting for general dental procedures Operatory setup and breakdown; infection control / OSHA compliance Digital X-rays and intraoral scanning (training provided if needed) Patient communication and comfort throughout treatment Sterilization and clinical workflow support Qualifications Dental assisting experience (preferred but not required) Dental assisting program graduates encouraged to apply Radiation Health & Safety Certification (Preferred or ability to obtain in CT) DANB Infection Control (ICE) Certification (Preferred or ability to obtain in CT) Strong attention to detail and professionalism Comfortable receiving feedback and following clinical protocols Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Demonstrated commitment to learning, accuracy, and patient safety Compensation & Benefits $17–$25/hour , based on experience and performance Structured onboarding and training Supportive, stable work environment 401k with matching Employee dental discount 401(k) eligibility applies to full-time employees after one year of service, in accordance with the plan’s minimum hours requirements.
