We are specifically in search of a full-time, expanded function, dental assistant to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, friendly, and organized individual who loves dentistry and aims to grow professionally while contributing to the success of our practice. Duties and Responsibilities Assisting the Doctor chair-side for multiple procedures: Crowns, Composites, Root Canals, Extractions, Implants. Discuss dental treatment plans and be able to explain dental needs to patients. X-ray certification required; our facility is fully digital. Ability to make single and multi-unit temporaries for anterior and posterior teeth. Discuss post-op instructions with patients for multiple procedures. Sterilize and maintain all dental instruments in accordance with OSHA standards. Occasionally call, confirm and schedule patient appointments. Maintain up-to-date certifications in OSHA, HIPAA, and CPR. Write lab scripts accurately for dental procedures. Take dental impressions and digital scans proficiently. Organize rooms and setup for dental procedures effectively and efficiently. Requirements Must possess a high focus on customer service and satisfaction. Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior in all work situations. Dependable and punctual, with a record of arriving at work on time. Keen attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision. Professional demeanor and appearance at all times within the clinic. Competent computer skills; must be computer literate. Must be an expanded functions dental assistant. Preferably holds at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Benefits: After 90 days: PTO, medical insurance, paid holidays, uniforms, CE.
