Dental Now Care is a new urgent-care dental practice designed for experienced dentists who want to remain clinically active in a lower-stress, more focused setting. It islocally owned and operated by a general dentist with more than 40 years of clinical experience. The practice is being completely renovated and will open as a brand-new, state-of-the-art digital facility, designed with both patient and dentist comfort in mind. This role is well suited for dentists who are semi-retired, transitioning out of ownership, still connected to another practice, or whose days are filled with other obligations and prefer working evenings or weekends. How our care model works Patients who already have a dentist are treated only for their immediate need and referred directly back to their existing practice for definitive care. Patients who do not have a dentist may receive appropriate limited or routine care within our scope and are then encouraged to establish long-term care with a local dental office for hygiene, comprehensive treatment, or services we do not provide. Dental Now Care is intentionally structured to support — not compete with — traditional dental practices. Schedule Evenings Monday–Thursday and early Friday/Saturday Flexible participation based on availability We are planning to open mid-February to early March and are having conversations now with dentists who may be interested in participating. Compensation will be discussed individually based on availability and fit.
