Responsibilities include: â Managing voicemails, emails, and patient follow-ups. â Being the primary phone attendant. â Coordinating referrals, sending images, and completing referral forms. â Welcoming patients, verifying forms, and updating insurance information. â Scheduling appointments, confirming visits, and managing recall communications. â Assisting with treatment plan preparation and presentation. â Coordinating lab cases, prescriptions, and specialist communications. â Supporting HIPAA and OSHA compliance initiatives. â Contributing to the overall patient experience by creating a warm, welcoming environment.
