We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in general dentistry and have a passion for providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working closely with patients, performing various dental procedures, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans. Perform a range of dental procedures, including dental extractions, restorations, and preventive care. Utilize medical imaging techniques to diagnose and treat dental conditions effectively. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with regulations. Implement aseptic techniques to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and safety during procedures. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care. Stay updated on advancements in general dentistry practices. Production based compensation Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. 4+ years experience in a dental office practicing dentistry. Valid Massachusetts dental license to practice dentistry. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental procedures. Experience with Denticon software is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
