Job Posting: Dental Assistant We are a vibrant and dedicated dental practice seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team! We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional individual who is passionate about patient care and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare and organize instruments, equipment, and materials for dental treatments Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean and sterile work environment Take dental radiographs (X-rays) Provide patient care and comfort before, during, and after treatments Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care Manage patient records and document dental treatments Schedule patient appointments and manage dental office communications Requirements: Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credentials preferred Minimum of 1 year of experience as a dental assistant (preferred) Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization methods Proficiency in taking dental radiographs (X-rays) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Familiarity with dental practice management software (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus) Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability Location: Shelby Twp, MI 48315 Experience: Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred) Dental terminology: 1 year (Preferred) Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person If you are a dedicated and enthusiastic professional looking to grow your career in a supportive and friendly environment, we would love to hear from you!
