Private Periodontal Specialty Practice in Summerlin is looking for a dental assistant to add to our team! We pride ourselves on comprehensive patient care and we are seeking a professional, responsible, team player to join us! At least 2 years assisting with surgical experience required. Must be competent in four handed dentistry, reviewing treatment and post-operative instructions with patients, sterilization, and radiographs. You are the only assistant in the back, so you will be responsible for all assisting, breaking down and setting up of rooms, sterilization of instruments, and suture removals of post-operative patients. Knowledge of 3Shape/Itero Digital scanning and Straumann implant systems a plus. We don't overpack our schedule, so it's pretty even flow. We are a small team and definitely help each other out as needed. We are open four days a week: Mondays and Tuesdays 8:00 am till 5:00 pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break.
