Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate, integrate and represent all facets of patient services and assist other team members with various responsibilities related to patient and team needs. New hire must be able to work well with parents and referring doctors in a professional manner. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Meet and greet patients Perform prophylaxis Take radiographs Assist doctors with operative procedures Explain treatment plans and discuss costs Maintain digital patient records Coordinate patient flow Communicate effectively with team members from other medical and dental offices Qualifications and Skills: Dental Assisting Certification (preferred) X-Ray Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable working with families Flexible scheduling Monday through Friday Excellent customer service skills and hospitality Hard working, outgoing, adaptable, self-motivated, and punctual Great communication skills both face to face and on the phone Ability to learn on the job and work well with a team What we offer: A fun and supportive work environment where your contributions are valued and appreciated.
