Job description: Are you an Experienced Dental Front Office Leader with a Minimum of 2 years Dental Front Office Experience? If so, we would love to meet you. We are looking for an individual with a warm, friendly, and outgoing professional personality. Must be detailed orientated and capable of insuring systems are followed appropriately MUST have experience with filing insurance, working claims, narratives ,AR, complex comprehensive treatment plans, Financing options like Cherry and CareCredit and much more Duties include: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting patients, addressing questions and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit. Answer phone calls, schedule patients, check patients in and out. Figure and present treatment plans, collect co-pays and check and file dental insurance. We offer 401k, PTO, and dental coverage.
