Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team in our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care while assisting the dentist in various procedures. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment for patient treatments. Take X-rays as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information in the electronic health record system, open dental experience is preferred. Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care. Monitor vital signs and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit. Assist with front desk duties as needed. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the dental clinic to meet health standards. Inventory list check Maintaining clean environment for patients. Experience Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is mandatory. Familiarity with medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, and vital signs is advantageous. Experience using dental software systems such as open dental is a plus.
