Now Hiring: Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) We are a friendly, privately owned, patient-focused dental practice seeking an experienced, motivated, and reliable Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during clinical procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take dental X-rays (no sensor) and impressions Provide chairside support and ensure patient comfort Maintain accurate and thorough patient records Adhere to infection control, OSHA, and safety protocols Support and guide team members as a lead assistant Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required Minimum 2–3 years of dental assisting experience Current X-ray certification Familiarity with dental software such as Open Dental and Apteryx Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments Excellent communication and teamwork skills Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Hours: Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) Some Fridays and Saturdays may be required What We Offer: Competitive pay , based on experience Paid holidays Vacation time after one year Supportive and positive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement If you are passionate about dentistry and enjoy working with a collaborative, patient-centered team, we would love to hear from you.
