Registered Dental Assistant - Dental Care 4 Kids - Flower Mound, TX

We are looking for an experienced Pediatric RDA for our pediatric dental office in Flower Mound. This person must bring lots of energy, compassion, and dedication to the position. Our hope is to find someone that can commit to having longevity with our team and grow in their skillset. It is required that this person has nitrous, sealant, and coronal polish certifications experience. It is a must that you are a team player, and willing to crosstrain to other roles in the office. The office is open 4 days per week with an alternating schedule of Mon-Thur one week, then Tue-Fri the following week. This allows for the opportunity to have a 4 day weekend every other week. This position would be ideal for someone looking to balance work/life schedules. Average weekly hours worked for a full-time employee is approximately 30-34 depending on the week. Salary is dependent on experience and skills. Benefits offered as well, including medical, PTO, bonus participation, CE.
