It will not take long to develop a busy/productive schedule. There will be a guaranteed per diem base pay for the first few months, but the right candidate will easily out-earn the base. Supportive team and growth-oriented environment: We will provide clinical and interpersonal mentorship to ensure success. About Us: We are a husband/wife team and are looking to step back a couple days per week clinically. This is a plus because it will immediately allow for a busy schedule without you having to slowly build up your demand over time. Our practice is currently 13 ops with 5 full time hygienists, 4 assistants, and 3 front office admins. We have 2 iTero scanners, CBCT, and a newly designed modern office. We offer a wide array of clinical procedures. We are only referring out pediatric treatment involving SSCs/uncooperative patients, partial and full bony wisdom teeth extractions, wire-ortho, endo re-treats, and All-on-X. If you can do any of these it would be a big plus. Our hours are currently 8:30-5 M-Th, but we will be opening Fridays once we select the right candidate. We have a great reputation in our community so we are emphasizing the importance of character and personality.
