Zenith Dental NW is a private practice. We are high-tech and focused on clinical excellence. We are looking for a Foundational Hygienist - someone who wants to build a department, not just clock in. The "Owner" Mindset (Must Haves): We are a lean, high-performance team. We need someone who takes ownership of their column: You Fill Your Own Plate: You don’t sit and wait for the front desk to fill your schedule. You actively partner with them to manage your recall list, call overdue patients, and ensure your day is productive. Empty chairs don't help our patients or your bonus. Full-Cycle Autonomy: Since this is currently a Single-Column role, you aren't afraid to handle your own sterile if need be, but you will have access to a DA. You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and run your own show. (Don’t worry, we give you adequate appointment time to do this without rushing). The Workflow (Quality over Quantity): Current Setup: Single Column Hygiene. Appointment Times: 60 Minutes (Recall) / 75 Minutes (New Patient). Note: We schedule these longer times specifically so you can do your own sterile and re-appoint patients without stress. Future Growth: As we expand, the role can grow into a Lead position with assisted hygiene options. The Compensation (Why this is different): The Safety Net: Guaranteed Base of $65 per hour . The Upside: You are paid the HIGHER of your hourly rate or 30% of your daily adjusted production . The Math: If you hustle to keep your schedule full (see above), you can easily push your effective rate to $80+/hr . The more you manage your schedule, the more you make.
