Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. This position with hours of 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM. Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer and direct phone calls. Manage patient records and insurance information. Collect payments and process insurance claims. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Assist with various office tasks as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
