Dental Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist Fee-for-Service Dental Implant & Restorative Practice Our boutique, fee-for-service dental implant and restorative practice is seeking a high-quality Treatment Coordinator / Front Office Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced dental professional who excels in patient communication, organization, and front-office leadership. Position Summary The Treatment Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing daily front office operations and supporting seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and committed to fostering positive relationships with both patients and team members. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care and create outstanding patient experiences Schedule appointments efficiently and coordinate with the clinical team Present and coordinate treatment plans with clarity and confidence Verify insurance coverage and assist with claims and collections Maintain a welcoming, professional, and polished front office environment Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to optimize patient flow Address patient questions or concerns and build long-term relationships Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2â3 years of dental office management or treatment coordination experience (required) Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes Proficiency with Open Dental and dental practice management software Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment Professional demeanor with positive energy and team-oriented mindset Schedule Full-Time MondayâThursday 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Benefits 401(k) / Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Continuing Education Credits Supportive, growth-oriented work environment Experience Required Dental Office Management or Treatment Coordination: 2+ years (required) If you have excellent people skills, a strong understanding of scheduling, collections, and Open Dental, and take pride in delivering a luxury-level patient experience, we would love to meet you . -- Apply today to join a team committed to excellence in Dentistry!
