Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA): Rinse is looking for a Senior/Lead Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! What we’re looking for We're looking for a licensed registered dental assistant that is obsessive about exceptional patient care and can lead back office activities for our growing practice. What you’ll do At Rinse, you'll work alongside our amazing doctor & hygienists to deliver dental care at the highest level with access to state of the art technology and the best materials. This includes: Welcome members into our studio and make their stay comfortable Document health history, take x-rays and create a 3D scan of the mouth Be great chair-side wingman or women for both Hygiene and the Dentist to make our members happy and to do whatever it takes to provide outstanding care. This includes assisting with charting, polishing/flossing, four-handed dentistry, and applying whitening treatments Breakdown treatment rooms, sterilize equipment, and adhere to the highest levels of infection control policies and safety regulation Check out patients, ensuring next recall or treatment visits are booked Requirements: Valid CA RDA License Current CPR/BLS certification Minimum 3 year clinical experience A team player that thrives in a collaborative and inclusive dental work environment Experience with Open Dental software, updating patient histories, and computer skills are needed What we offer Great pay Medical, dental, and vision benefits Oral health benefits at Rinse 401(k) benefits with a company match Generous paid time off plus company holidays About Rinse As consumers, most of us recognize that going to the dentist sucks.
