Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Dr. LeQuia & Dr. Hill - Merced, CA

We are seeking a Registered Dental Assistant that is hard working with high attention to detail to join our dental team. Caring, friendly, and energetic best describes our dental office. You will be an essential member of our patient-first team and must demonstrate effective communication with problem solving skills in addition to providing clinical support to doctors and hygienists, educating patients on oral health, and ensuring exceptional experiences for our patients as offered for the past 30+ years. Qualifications required: current Registered Dental Assistant certification, as required by state, current CPR certification, knowledge of Dentrix, Bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities include: assisting dentists during procedures (passing instruments, making temporary crowns, comforting patients), taking digital radiographs, setting up treatment rooms for planned procedures, sterilization procedures, lab work, managing patient flow and records including HIPAA compliance, back office supply ordering in addition to all other dental-related day to day operations. The current work schedule runs on a monthly alternating basis between Monday-Thursday every 2 weeks and then switching to Tuesday-Friday every 2 weeks.
