Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a professional and friendly atmosphere. Manage patient check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency. Verify insurance information Schedule appointments, coordinate patient flow. Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
