What You’ll Do Assist the orthodontist during a wide range of orthodontic procedures Place and remove archwires, brackets, attachments, and appliances Perform adjustments, debonds, impressions, retainer delivery, and chairside support Take high-quality intraoral photos, X-rays, and digital scans (iTero experience a plus) Confidently educate patients and parents with clarity and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment Support excellent patient flow, chair-time efficiency, and clinical consistency Work closely with doctors and teammates to deliver a true “showtime” patient experience every day Who We’re Looking For Orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred (we will train the right candidate) Radiology certification (or ability to obtain) Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work Calm, positive, and professional under pressure Excellent communication skills with patients and teammates A team-first mindset with a strong work ethic A desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve Why Napoli Orthodontics We are intentional about culture.
