Compensation Compensation: Percentage of collections with true-up adjustments Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually Daily Guarantee: Base salary of approx. $125,000 guaranteed Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Available for the right associate Future Equity Options: Yes Benefits Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with match — 100% on the first 3% deferred, 50% on contributions from 3%–5% 6 weeks (24 days) PTO + paid holidays Paid CE and licensing fees Uniform allowance Team outings and supportive office culture The Opportunity This full-time role offers a predictable 4-day weekday schedule (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) , no evenings or weekends, and consistent patient flow .
