Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, integrous, and detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care by providing thorough dental cleanings, patient education, and preventive treatments. Your expertise will help promote optimal oral health and ensure a positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, communicates exceptionally well, and is passionate about preventive dentistry and patient education. Key Responsibilities Perform thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive procedures Take and review dental radiographs as needed Assess oral health conditions and communicate findings clearly to the doctor and patients Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Follow all infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines Collaborate effectively with the doctor and dental team to support practice growth Qualifications Current state Dental Hygienist license CPR/BLS certification Strong clinical skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability Friendly, positive attitude and team-first mindset Commitment to patient education and relationship-based care Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
