Location: 3300 Grand Ridge Dr, STE A, Grand Rapids, MI Employment Type: Full Time ( 4 Day work week ) Pay: Competitive pay based on experience About Us We are a patient-focused private dental practice committed to high-quality care, modern dentistry, and a positive team environment. We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable dental assistant to join our growing team. V DENTAL is a general practice focused on Cosmetic, Family, & Implant Dentistry. We incorporate digital technologies to provide premier dental care in West Michigan. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during clinical procedures Engage patients with a caring and compassionate demeanor Collaboration with members of our dental care team Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and process dental X-rays Engage with the dental technologies in the office: intraoral scanner, 3D printer, CBCT, Solea all tissue laser. Maintain accurate patient records ( Practice uses Open Dental Software ) Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Ensure compliance with infection control and safety standards Support front office or lab tasks as needed Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Certified Dental Assistant ( CDA ) License X-ray certification (required) Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and terminology Strong communication and patient-care skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Prior dental assisting experience preferred Benefits Competitive pay Paid time off & holidays 401K Dental benefits Supportive team culture Opportunities for growth and continuing education Schedule Monday through Thursday 8a-5pm with 1 hr lunch from 12:30p-1:30p V DENTAL Mission Statement: Our mission is to educate and guide each patient to optimal dental health and beauty.
