Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team at Village Dental , As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the Dentist to provide exceptional patient care and ensure a smooth and efficient procedure. Your responsibilities will include preparing treatment rooms, assisting with dental procedures, maintaining sterilization. Responsibilities: Welcoming patients to make sure they feel comfortable, getting patient records, patient history, assisting the dentist chair-side, taking x-rays, radio graphs, taking impressions, intraoral scanning, set up/break down of operatories, fabricating temporary crowns/trays, meticulous sanitation and sterilization, and treatment planning as well as walking each patient back to the front desk to complete their experience. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience, x-ray certified and excellent computer skills Professional and friendly with excellent verbal and clinical skills Possess a positive can-do attitude that is self-motivated/directed as well as a team player Ability to be flexible with a desire to learn new skills and technologies and an open mind to new ideas Must have excellent attendance and punctuality Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred) Benefits: We offer medical and dental benefits, paid holidays, earned vacation time, monthly bonuses, uniform allowance Pay: From $18-21 per hour Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance If you are a dedicated Assistant looking to join a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
