Salary + Bonus Works out to be $125,000 a year at 40 hours per week. Bonuses are weekly on top of hourly wage $50 to $60 an hour. Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced dental setting. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to comprehensive oral health care, support patient education, and promote overall wellness through preventive dentistry. Responsibilities Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning teeth and removing plaque and calculus to promote optimal oral health. Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, and current dental conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and the importance of maintaining healthy habits. Utilize dental terminology accurately while documenting treatment notes, dental records, and clinical findings in Eaglesoft Support the dental team by communicating pleasantly regarding patients and treatment. Generally have a positive attitude as we like to enjoy each other's company and have fun at work. Requirements Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations. Proven experience working in dental clinics or dental offices with knowledge of general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with Eaglesoft is highly desirable. Strong understanding of dental terminology and the ability to communicate well with patients. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs effectively and communicate clearly.
