What You’ll Be Doing Assisting the Dentist and Hygienist using four-handed dentistry Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, radiographs, charts, and supplies Anticipating procedure flow and handing instruments efficiently Keeping operatories, the dental lab, and surrounding areas clean, sterile, and ready Educating patients on at-home oral hygiene and dental health Following and enforcing infection control protocols Maintaining the MSDS log and supporting overall clinic safety What We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred Radiology and Infection Control certifications required 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Dental Assistant Strong organizational and communication skills A true passion for patient care and community health Why BPMC?
