What You’ll Do As long as you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you. Deliver outstanding orthodontic care alongside our doctor using braces, aligners, and appliances. As long as you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you. Assist chair-side and follow treatment plans with attention to detail. Take accurate digital x-rays and intraoral photographs Perform digital impressions using iTero scanner. Ensure meticulous sterilization practices and office cleanliness. Educate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey. Help with retainer creation. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records. Foster an environment of positivity, teamwork, and growth. Mentor fellow team members and contribute to an uplifting, supportive work culture. What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred. Current X-ray certification preferred, but not required. A naturally warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality. A team player who builds others up and contributes to a drama-free environment. Self-starter with strong organization, time management, and communication skills. Passion for learning and willingness to adapt to new technologies and systems. Professional, respectful, and patient-focused mindset. A desire to grow—both personally and as a team.
