General Private Dental Office Seeking Registered Dental Assistant Our office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with our morning huddle at 7:40. Employees are expected to arrive by 7:25 to prepare for the day. We have one doctor and serve our patients with bread and butter dentistry + airway! Our doctor’s dream of the perfect assistant includes someone who: Is prompt and dependable. Has great assisting skills or the ability and willingness to learn. Is prepared for appointments and turns over rooms efficiently. Writes complete and thorough notes. Asks how to support other team members. Is independent, but looks to the doctor to lead. Keeps accurate and appropriate inventory (ordering). Keeps up with lab cases. Supports patients with care, kindness, humor, listening, and comfort. Is interested in airway dentistry.
