About Us We are a patient-centered, privately owned dental practice looking for a motivated Registered Dental Hygienist who thrives in a productive, supportive, and positive environment. Responsibilities not limited to Deliver high-quality preventive care (prophy, perio charting, SRP, maintenance) Co-diagnose periodontal and restorative needs with the doctor Confidently educate and motivate patients to accept recommended care Perform and review iTero scans and use intraoral photos to support diagnosis Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental Help maintain a complete, well-managed hygiene schedule Stay on time while still delivering thorough, compassionate care Support office systems, recall, and practice production goals Follow strict infection control and OSHA protocols Contribute positively to the team and help wherever needed What We’re Looking For Current Texas RDH license (in good standing) Current CPR certification Positive, team-oriented, and dependable Strong communication and patient-education skills Goal-driven with pride in quality care and productivity Comfortable discussing periodontal therapy and treatment recommendations Experience with Open Dental (preferred) and digital workflows Familiarity with iTero scanning (or willingness to learn quickly) What We Offer Competitive pay Stable, supportive private practice culture Modern technology including iTero and digital radiography Growth, CE support, and mentorship A team that truly works together Job Type: Part-time Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour Work Location: In person
