Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistant to join our Orthodontic Team! As one of the first points of contact for our practice, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include Orthodontic assisting, scheduling appointments, patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with dental practice management software (experience with Ortho2 is a plus). Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
