Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. We would love to interview you if you are a new graduate or seasoned practitioner. We offer a daily minimum and then percentage based on adjusted production. Relocation allowance is also available. Our office is set up with modern equipment including CBCT, digital x-ray, rotary endo, CO2 laser and paperless EHR. Responsibilities Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, restorations, extractions, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans. Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options clearly to patients. Maintain detailed and accurate medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Operate dental imaging equipment effectively to obtain high-quality radiographs for diagnosis. Follow strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and prevent cross-contamination. Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort. Manage patient care from initial consultation through treatment completion while providing education on oral health maintenance. Stay current with advancements in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery to continually improve clinical skills. Qualifications Valid state license to practice dentistry as an Associate Dentist. Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment; familiarity with dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques. Demonstrated ability in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontic procedures, and pediatric dentistry treatments. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs comprehensively and communicate effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and medical records management. Ability to work efficiently within a team practicing four-handed dentistry for optimal patient outcomes.
