Job Overview Pediatric Dental Insurance Coordinator We are a growing pediatric dental practice looking for a detail-oriented, positive, and compassionate Insurance Coordinator to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims Communicate clearly with insurance companies and families Explain treatment estimates and coverage in a friendly, easy-to-understand way Post insurance payments and manage accounts accurately Work closely with clinical and front desk teams to support smooth patient flow Maintain compliance with HIPAA and office policies What We’re Looking For: Experience with dental insurance (pediatric experience a plus!) Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Ability to multitask and problem-solve confidently Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix preferred) Why Join Us?
