Duties As a Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for: - Assisting dentists and hygienists during patient procedures, including preparing patients for treatment, taking vital signs, and maintaining a clean and organized dental environment. - Utilizing aseptic technique to ensure infection control and maintaining a clean and organized dental environment. - Operating dental equipment, including 3D scanners, and assisting with medical imaging procedures. - Providing exceptional patient care, including communicating effectively with patients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit. - Participating in pediatric dental care, including adapting to the unique needs of young patients. - Maintaining accurate and detailed medical documentation of patient treatment and progress. - Collaborating with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and a high level of patient satisfaction. Skills - Experience working in a dental clinic or related environment. - Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control protocols. - Ability to operate dental equipment, including 3D scanners. - Proficiency in assisting with medical imaging procedures. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities. - Experience with vital signs and pediatric dental care. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation. - Willingness to learn and grow in the role of a Dental Assistant.
