Duties Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and diagnosis using dental terminology. Deliver high-quality general dentistry services such as restorations, root canal therapy, dental extractions, and prosthodontics. Conduct pediatric dentistry procedures with sensitivity to pediatric patients’ needs, ensuring comfort and effective communication. Utilize Dentrix for accurate documentation and record keeping in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during all procedures. Collaborate with specialists in oral surgery, endodontics, and prosthodontics to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans. Engage in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort during procedures. Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options to foster long-term dental health. Requirements Valid license to practice dentistry with state-specific credentials for general practice. Proven experience in dental office of atleast two years. Strong knowledge of oral anatomy and expertise in performing all general dentistry procedures. Familiarity with Dentrix for managing patient records effectively. Ability to communicate clearly with patients of diverse backgrounds while demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security.
