As a key member of our team, you will diagnose and treat periodontal diseases, perform surgical procedures (including dental implants, gum grafts, and bone regeneration), and collaborate with our general dentists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. You will work in a modern, well-equipped facility with a supportive team dedicated to advancing oral health and improving patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations, including diagnosis and treatment planning for conditions such as gingivitis, periodontitis, and oral inflammation
- Execute surgical procedures, including scaling and root planing, pocket reduction, soft tissue grafts, crown lengthening, and dental implant placement
- Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort and safety during procedures
- Collaborate with restorative dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Educate patients on periodontal health, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with practice protocols and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with advancements in periodontics and implantology through continuing education and professional development
- Ensure efficient workflow and task completion within designated timelines while upholding high standards of care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, practice operations, and clinical outcomes
- Adhere to infection control protocols, OSHA guidelines, and HIPAA regulations to ensure a safe and compliant environment
